Pace rc30 from 96/97 have around 420mm according to goat surfer.. You can then source any steerer you want for them.

That is a nice forks... unfortunately I already bought the exotic one....

Yes, the look is not the one of the best. I love this frame but is not easy to find a good forks for it.

The exotic forks are really good. I like how light they are
