Morning Wood(en bike...)

A loafers and flares combination isn't really ideal for cycling either. Flares catch on chain, loafers flies off into rear wheel, rider dips forward as he slows down causing scarf to get caught in front wheel. Wonder if he'll spill any coffee as his face slides along the tarmac?

and coffee purchased from organic, free range cafe..... presumably having just dropped little Lola and Kristian at the Nanny's.....
..... at least he's not in his Range Rover Sport

Don't worry, the glow of wholefood organicness is probably well offset by the airmiles and the sweat of the Vietnamese children who made the bike :D

That is one of the most incisive remarks I have read on here.

My cousin and her husband were up lately. We got into discussing carbon footprints and fruit importation. As a market gardeners' son, he was full of praise for buying local on that basis.

We got round to 4x4s, and the fact I drive old Jap 4x4s on WVO and they drive a full fat Range Rover V8.

They don't even get the irony.

I live in Chorlton, South Manchester..... this type is EVERYWHERE (although thankfully, the Range Rover Sport brigade tend to congregate down the road in Didsbury  )
