I think the main problem was you asking about 20% of an item´s actual value in combination with not wanting to send abroad (involves writing exotic adresses onto the same box like within the UK - understandable that it´s too much for some...)
To your last sentence: let me, as a newbie member of this site, with a mother tongue different from English suggest that you take some English lessons (focussing on grammar...)
