Its often the case that you talk to the seller and once they realise you know your onions, they ‘will ship’ it to you using the GSP. Usually it just to deter tyre kickers and BSrs who dont want to pay Import.

Too expensive imho.
That Titec bar you can find for around 50-75€ and I paid 100€ for that exact stem with 120mm length.
I wouldn't bother importing to Europe with that asking price.
