Mistery Morotti Team

Guys I need help...on the local marketplace shows these bike

bike has Shimano xt-xtr accessories...and I find info about Italian Morotti Team and company
but they did not produced bike ,only is painted in their team color.

Maybe someone knows more or recognize what is the frame ?
I sent them mail with a question but still no response.

Never heard of the brand, nor recognize the frame..
It has interesting chain stays though!
Forks (Manitou) look quite dead to me.

Could be a nice project: you kind of owe it to those brave Italian guys in the picture

I first noticed chain stays too ....Morotti brand does not exist , just Team and I think that bike
painted in the team color.
Forks...dead elastomers but for me frame is point of interest

I am not brave Italian , just proud Croatian
