Retro Guru
Howdy dear RetroBikers. We have tonnes of lightly used folding tyres here are Cranks Bikes community bike workshop down here in sunny Brighton, so we having a tyre fire sale. Collection only. All manner of shapes and sizes, loads of 26ers (not really retro ones tho, hence posting this in the '98 > zone) 650 mtb, 650 gravel, 29 mtb, 700 gravel, 700 road. Did I miss anything? See www.cranks.org.uk for our address and opening times. We've got boxes of other parts too of course, please don't come expecting to find M900 parts for a fiver tho. Or any M900 parts at all tbh, pimp stuff goes on eBay. All our tyres and other parts are generously donated by members of the public.
What do all these tyres cost I hear the voice in my head screaming?! - The cost is some of your time to come and have a rummage through the boxes, chose what you want, and put everything away again, all tidy, like you found them. Plus £10 per tyre. They're sorted by size and genre. There are Specialized, Geax, Bontrager, Onza, Schwalbe, Hutchinson, etc etc.
If you message us looking for a specific make, model, diameter, width and skin wall colour of tyres the answer will almost certainly be no. We probably won't even look. Treat yourself to a Brighton visit and some see what's what.
