Believed to be a B89P. Removed from a 1957? Sun Cresta frame which was ridden from its home in Kent to the 1958 Brussels World Fair by one of two brothers to have a look see 
- (the third youngest brother gratefully passed the FRAME onto me)
Size is as a Brooks B17 narrow 152mm x 280mm approx. Would definitely keep it and use it myself if only it were wider
No deep cracks or obvious problems. Rust on rails is very light and surface only - as you might find on a 10 year old saddle? The leather would love some Proofide and a clean underneath. The photos exaggerate its aged condition.
