That seems to be 1995/1996 model frame, similar to mine.
What's the serial number?

Interesting that it has 'Extralight' decals on top tube as I've been told that they came with 'XLM' decals from the beginning.

Can you clarify
tt?-bb 445 = seat-tube? from the centre of the bottom bracket to the centre top-tube 17.5" What is it to the top of the seat-tube?
ht-st 570 = centre of the head-tube to the centre of the seat-tube actual 22.5"
ht 106 = head-tube 4.17"
