I have just completed a small run of Merlin Fat Beat replacement crowns. I had one reproduced to make a repair to one and while I did some research, I found that several Fat Beats were cracking at the rear crown.I took the cracked one, had a CAD drawing produced, then took it to a machinist to have it reproduced. It is made from 6061 heat treated aluminum. Not only was it reproduced but it is also now an upgraded version with much more strength. It is an exact duplicate of the original and also a guaranteed fit! I only have 3 and they are $349.00 shipped anywhere. I also accept Paypal payment and am a reputable Ebay seller.
