Time to resume the UK project now we’re back on home soil for a couple of months. Retouching is looking tidy (even those cranks) so time to poach some parts from papadirt’s Kona

Sorry all, but I’m in the fsa sidewinders made of cheese club with @coomber. The cranks that I still have running are middleburn rs7 and L&M downhill.

Also didn’t the bolt configuration play havoc with a suitable bash guard??

Wow! That's a good price - cheers! I had been watching a couple of NOS DDG guards but that one's far cooler.

Hoping that the cranks will hold up as I'm only light - the tapers do look a little 'stretched' so we'll see

Well, it made it out for a test ride and felt spot on but in true mama style something else reared it’s pretty head so it’s already stripped down and sold.



Mixed feelings for sure taking the frame package to the local depot but I couldn’t pass up my holy grail
