Hopefully an easy one for you knowledgeable lot, what size seat post dos the Raleigh record frame take.

if it's plain old steel it's 25.4mm, if it's 531 it MAY be 27.2mm :?

its a 501 frame and the post is about 26.7 -26.9 using a bit of string.
