This has been my lucky week. First the Grove (which turned out to be near mint) and now this.

The batwing MRC brakes are going on the Grove, but I'm planning to list the cranks and seatpost on ebay in late April (I won't have access to them until then as I'm having the bike shipped to my parents, who live in another state).

Anybody know the appropriate bottom bracket width for Steely Danz?

By the way, I'm pretty sure the frame is a Trek 520, but if anybody can tell me more about it I would be greatly appreciative.

This was a steal...gloat why don't you

I've been after those steely danz forever...I bid $250 of a beat set last year, and still lost. This set here looks mint, so I can only imagine what they will go for

:D Sorry. I can't help it. I'm still giddy, not to mention puzzled how both bikes slipped through the cracks.

I'm also surprised the seller of the "McMahon" bike didn't part it out. Clearly, he knew the parts were worth something.

I guess, judging by what I've seen on ebay lately, this looks to be a decent time to sell parts but a terrible time for big ticket items, like complete bikes.

it's ok I guess

whole bikes always get less than if one would part it out. The seller was not bright to let te bike go so cheap instead of parting it out. Perhaps he didn't know its true value.

btw...I'll forgive you for your glating if you sell me the crankset
