Max Jones’ 1993 Kona Hot TET #769 Build

Hi, my name is Eli, I'm 15 and have a passion for restoring vintage bikes and riding them, i have recently come upon a 1993 Kona Hot TET #769 (there is nothing better than a mid or early 90s steel Kona... except maybe a yeti with a tioga and purple anodized parts) the previous owner was Max Jones’(2x world champion, mtb hall of famer) who got the frame custom made and sent to him by Kona for his race season, it was painted with a custom black racer exclusive paint with no decals except for tange ultimate... It was sent to him from Kona kitted out with an xtr groupo and titanium obeam seatpost. So far i have got most of the parts needed, i have xtr m900 front and rear which is very nice. I am saving up for a p2 and velocity stem but in the meantime have a pretty rad black to purple fade spinner fork that will make due till funds are available. I am aiming for og spec, that being said i am a 15 year old and money is a little limited, if you have any parts feel free to pm me. I will post updates on here, but let me know what you think!!!!
