Hi,
Please see below for a link to my ebay auction for a Mavic Open4CD Clincher Rim on a Shimano 600 Tricolour Front Hub.
The Shimano 600 tricolor hub is in similar excellent condition and runs smooth. Unfortunately, I haven't got the original skewer, but can provide a non matching one if required.
The wheel seems visually true and when spinning it whilst holding the skewers there is no noticable wobble.
