Yes - this beastie I just bought (to be delivered ) a 1990 Amelio Bianchi (not a “Bianchi”) in Columbus EL

I’ve been after that group for years - but it’s like London buses, they all come at once, and by some stroke of fortune an appropriate frame.
I at first thought it was a limited edition early Bianchi - but it isn’t.
Looking into Amelio Bianchi he was a master frame builder. Some of the road bikes on a google search are lush. I only found one other MTB and that was a Ti from around the same time.

I don't think I'd heard of him before but checking out his work now.
Can't wait to see your build ibbz, it's going to be an intriguing, possibly (probably) unique bike with the FiR bits. Very cool.
