Mavic 520 hubs wheelset help

I got this track wheelset today. Mavic 520 hubs if i am right. One hub is incorrect alan key type locknut and is missing the proper washer and retaining clip. Can anyone either help with where i may get a replacement or alternative fix. Thanks

I have been told they are Berg.
Spoke lacing as you say. Look great in my opinion. Spin for ages!
