I believe these are 1998. Overall good condition for age. They seem to go up and down fine.They had some horrific Monster Energy drink stickers on them so you will need to remove the residue slightly. A hair over 21cm steerer.
No brake bosses. I do have these somewhere AND replacements Decals. I'll list it without those for now and adjust price later if I can find them.
