Retro Newbie
Hi there all, im posting up for a friend i myself own a giant nrs3 2004 not strictly retro yet but i love it :)

my question for my friend is; hes just trying to upgrade from cable disc brakes to hydrollic, hes brought some avid juciy 3s and it comes with 160 discs
his bike has a 160 front and 140 rear on it the wheels are mavic 125's or something and they have a diatech hub
the problem lies in the 6 holes for his new discs dont line up with the 6 holes on the avid rota ??? any one any ideas ?
he needs a 180 on the front( he has a manitou fork and it needs an adaptor) and a 160 on the rear
hope some one can help ! cheers

Its new wheels time I'm afraid - from memory, the Dia-tec hubs had their own discs.

My own Wolf Ridge came with the Hope upgrade so I never had any problems.

Plenty of cheap disc wheel options about from ebay or on-line stores.
