Hi Guiri, the pictures appear upside down because when the picture is taken there is a special flag set within the .jpg file for the rotation angle. The iPad / iPhone and newer software takes this into account when displaying pictures on screen. The issue is that not all software uses the rotation flag to figure out the correct way to display the image.
A simple trick is to just hold the iPhone or idevice up the other way up - so in the case of the iPhone hold it so the volume up/dn buttons are at the bottom. This makes the .jpg picture file correct for software that ignores the rotation flag.

Hi nick, thanks for the advice, would it be better if i took the photos on a camera, upload them to my ipad then post them?
