That's very nice & brings back memories, as I bought the (then) girlfriend (& now wife) a 1989 'BV' (but it was a 15" frame, with the 'U-Brake' under the chainstays)
It's still in existance, a friend swapped his 'Aluminium O' for it, & he uses it as a winter-bike/commuter with slicks & mud-guards (now has cantilever bosses on the seat-stays)
