Manitou SX Suspension Forks - bushings

Hi all

Currently trying to restore 98 Marin Rift Zone and noticed a lot of play in front suspension Manitou SX TPC

Have taken it off and think it is the bushings that are worn as there is play if I move it in each hand

A few questions if you can kindly help

1) how can I source replacement bushings?
2) is it better just to bin it and buy something else?
3) if I buy something else then advice would be great - bike only worth about £150 so don’t really want to spend that again for front suspension.

200mm
1 1/8
V-Brake

Thanks in advance

Re:

I have the same fork with the same problem. I'm personally replacing them. They were cheap, they're nothing special in their performance and finding the parts would be more effort than I want to invest in them.

Re:

Thank you. Yeah I’m thinking the same. Just wanted to maintain originally but it’s proving impossible. Shame really.

After a couple of years use the Manitous on my 1997 Rift Zone wore the stanchions through! You’d be better replacing, I think.
