Manitou Forks - outer legs faded

Has anyone ever spruced up a pair of Manitous that are faded.
I've a pair of 4's but the blue anodising has faded, particularly on one leg.

Wondering if theres a relatively simple way to fix - maybe even thought of sleeving the whole outer leg it with a decent replacement decal??

Any ideas / pointers appreciated

Its not rusty though and its the blue anodizing thats faded - do they do a blue pen?

How about...

...heat shrink? :shock:

Comes in lots of groovy colours and if you get bored with it just cut it off and slap on a different colour

What about vinyl wrap ?

I've seen motorcycle forks vinyl wrapped in carbon effect, and they're a more complex shape than your Manitous.
