They must have got something wrong , the poster says 40mins 1 lap but the blurb at the bottom 10 mins . Ten miles would be a realistic distance for 40mins .

Course is 10 mins - so the race distance (40 mins plus one lap) should mean you can do about 4 laps or 5 if you're fast... isn't that the way it works?
