Feck me, just looked at the price, I can see what you all are saying.
Guess they're on it to make money, even with an event sponsor.
I know the York Festival (quite different as no racing) are just trying to not loose money and anything they get to plow back into the event.
Malverns should be a fiver/tenner to go wander round for the day, spend money at the event. Bring people in to spend on any stalls...
The racers pay to race, and camping etc.
Saying that the queues sound to my liking now, I don't like it when it's busy.

With family commitments the last minute £65 Sunday worked well for me and despite the high price you can get one night. Arrived fresh and early with time to ride / bump into some hungover friends before they went home.
Any other day I wouldn’t have gone for it. Retro show being Sunday this year (they say maybe it’ll be Sat next year). Couldn’t imagine leaving early while everyone stayed on the Saturday and there was the option to stay over one night only on the Sunday ticket. I didn’t, but good to have the choice to

Few of my pics from yesterday. It was a fantastic turn out despite the high ticket prices.
Missed the BMX Show N’ Shine, Saturday, but managed to meet the legend Bob Haro in the stalls during the afternoon to shake hands. Such a lovely gracious guy.
Every bike there was a winner. The Donohue and D.O.N.K.I.S.N.O.B were great to see in person.
The Jason McRoy tent was also one of the highlights from the Show.
