Just noticing that my Selle Italia Flite saddle is starting to dull and wondering what tips other RB'ers have for maintaining the shine and generally keeping them in good nick....what products do you use ?

I just use the Autoglym Leather Cleaner (from Halfords) and then follow up with the Autoglym leather conditioner on all my leather saddles - always come up a treat and keep the leather moist (oo-er!) and in good nick.

Johnsons baby soap applied sparingly with a damp piece of terry toweling (not to much soap or water) finally wipe of residue with just a damp piece of T/T. Buff with a piece of dry T/T then leave to dry off (NOT ON A RADIATOR).
Then apply Vitamin E cream using just your hand them leave for approx 1/2 hour and buff with a old dry cotton T-shirt.

Yip just stuff lying about in the bathroom rather than that over priced chemical sh#t you buy in the car accessory shops.

Speak to WD Pro, he can make old components look new... The flite he has done for his project is a work of art.

Me - I use parade gloss. Soon disappears with the rain and grit though. Looks nice while it lasts.
