Magura rim brake help

Re:

Will get a picture tomorrow because barely been home today. Best way to describe it is the black clamp that goes around the caliper/piston bit . The bottom of the clamp is the quick release lever bit and the top bit is where the booster boltson to. Thats the bolt thats missing.

Re:

This is the missing bolt. Holds the booster and clamp

Cheers guys. A seller on ebay is sending me one now. Thats literally all I have to fix now and the fsr is ready for action. Only been a month or so but feels like an eternity.. Just nice to get a bike for me built up because been too busy building bikes for other people lately.

Hi Martin

Magura's can be mounted to forks with Canti or V brakes no problem, both Gerard and Regan had them mounted on their Mayhem rides.

there are different mounts for trial bikes as seen below that bolt on, everything else uses canti mounts so you should be fine.

...and not forgetting the odd RC200 team Spud :D

I won't confuse matter further and mention the lotus mounting system :D

Is it pure bike porn....

Let me draw the curtains in anticipation of your reply.

*sigh* I was about to link from Photobucket :(

It's a unique QR clamp that's part of the frame. Shame pace couldn't manage similar TBH.

(not my pic)
