Can anyone help me realise this dream?
I started my Cannondale build with the intension of using LD-3600 “Power Control” thumbshifters but the clean lines of the CL-XC10 Accushift/brake lever combo are really appealing. It was then I discovered/noticed the CL-XC00*, a Power Control/brake lever combo… This used a pair of LD-5100 shifters on the same brake lever as the CL-XC10. I don't believe they were produced in any significant volumes as I've been trawling the internet for info and this is also why I'd like to make them.
The mounting stud from the XC10 is too short as the Power shifter is taller than the Accushift version plus the bracket needs to be slightly different. I was going to make these from some 2.5mm sheet metal using the other two for templates but I need some help with the mounting stud. Anyone up for a challenge?
*I've used Bluetack to mount the thumbshifter to the brake lever in the picture!
