Old School Grand Master
got this prepped and slow roasting


nice leg of sheep
mixed herbs with parsnip slices(not peeled remember),carrots,potatoes and flour to crisp.
the spuds have red onion,pepper ,hint of salt,carrots and dressing of olive oil.should be ready by 4.30 ish.the water gets drained off at half way point along with the vegatable stock to get reduced a bit for the gravy


so what else is on the retro bike menue today?

the smell is so good my tum is going mad...it was a treat for the gf as shes mad about roast lamb....i shall take some pics when its done just to make you guys even more hungry
 
ok heres the lamb before i remove the juices and the final result...

they were the best yest ...the caramalised onion gives a sweet sticky taste to them as well as the crisp from the olive oil.....got loads left for lamb hotpot tommorow...
