Wanted Lugged 531 medium bike/frame

Got an itch for a lugged MTB, ideally 531 nice and bright colour/s, medium size-ish, UK or Japanese, 135 rear dropouts would be on the wish list but probably rare from this era. 1988/1989, so not too early, not so much into the super slack angles. Whaddyagot?
