Lucchino seem to be still in operation , Cuneo Italy
Possibly 531 straight gauge ( 26,4 seat post )

3TTT bar and stem
G.C. seatpost with Selle Italia 'Sprint' saddle
Weinmann Brakes
Ofmega crank
Record rims on unknown hubs
Lovely Sheffield 'Sprint' pedals with Balilla cages and straps

This is a surprisingly light build, I hope you like!
