LTS rear suspension tuning/setup help

Now I have my LTS set up, I want to dial the rear suspension unit to my riding preference (XC not DH) and adjust the sag etc.

The Noleen suspension unit on my RTS is simple, just turn it to load the spring tension, nowt else.

Unfortunately, this unit doesnt have a make sticker on it, so can anyone tell if this is the same principal?

It looks like you should be able to tension the disc 1) but anyone tell me what this 2) mini screw/valve does?

I have two manuals in front of me from 1998 covering Deluxe, coupe deluxe, coupe deluxe SL and super deluxe ??

Sadly no scanner though!! :roll:

So am I right, turn the disc to alter the spring tension, as per my Noleen unit?

How does the rebound damping work?
