I'm sure its a learning curve of having bought a nice fork thinking it was long enough for your intended frame only to find its just that teensy-weensy bit short. I've got a pretty low stack headset but and my stem does seem fairly tight with the bottom bolt secure but the top bolt is just a mm or two short. Obviously the whole thing is secured by a tightly packed star fangled nut and top cap. Does anyone know of a relatively reasonably priced short stacked stem? Or should My bars be secure enough? Ideally for a standard 25.4 bar? Or is it just new fork time, again.....
