Could you tell me the frame sizes and price of both Cannondale's please and what bike is the purple one is?

All the frames seem to be around 19"/Large - he was about 6' by all accounts.

Purple one is a mystery really - clearly not a shimano, but well made and some really nice touches. Anyone care to enlighten us?
