Look Fournales Disc adapter to ISO2000?

The original Fournales part is not ISO, since the face ot the mount does not have the ISO 4mm offset to the dropout face.

These are photos of my Fournales with disc mount as supplied new from Hagemeijer, it's not been modified in any way. Brakes fitted are Xtr M975 with a Mavic Crossride & 180mm disc.

It would be a hugely expensive part to have just one made. 3D printed in aluminium would probably be cheaper these days.
I haven't tried this model as a physical part, but could cheaply and easily be printed in plastic to check it first.

If you can find an original part, you'll either need to find some pre-ISO caliper and hub, or convert the Fournales adapter to ISO like the one I did above.

So, this adapter on your file is original like Look? I mean adapter offset and hools. My brake caliper is tightened without any washer.

Danson67, i'm not sure to send your file or need to be mofdified first. I dont know differences between ISO non ISO mount.

ISO has a 4mm offset between the face of the dropout and the inside face of the brake tab.




Pre-ISO the location and diameter are the same as ISO, but have zero offset, same as the rear dropouts.
There were several competing 'standards' until ISO 2000. This is why pre-1999 Marzocchi disc forks need an adapter: https://dr-zocchi.projectweb.de/produkt/marzocchi-disc-adapter-fs-is-z1-z2/

Judging by ijido's posts here, Fournales made both versions over the production of the carbon-legged forks.
The STEP file I linked to has been adapted to ISO from measurements of my own pre-ISO caliper mount.

Correct me if I am wrong If I look at it from the top, the left site sort of aligns with the middle of the fork, then it is safe to assume it is ISO (where if it would be pre-ISO the right side would align with the dropout) ?

Probably correct, but better to look at the alignment of the inside faces of the dropout and the brake tab.
These are the faces that the hub and brake caliper contact.

You should be able to judge by comparing with my non-ISO version, viewed from underneath:



Between zero and 1mm offset is pre-ISO. 4mm offset is ISO.

Since I had my fork in hand...comparisons with @just jacques pictures show that Fournales made both ISO and Pre-ISO versions of the adapter over the life of the forks.

My Pre-ISO adapter has been cut by someone to work better, but it is still possible to see the differences, and identify which version you have:
