Lidl are doing 35 piece cycle toolkit again for £20 this week (just grabbed one).

It's cheap and cheerful but seen some good write-ups if you need basic
kit. I think it's same as the Draper tool kit (looks identical) which costs up
to £60 !!

I already have a lot of general tools but most of these will only get used once in a blue moon so not worth paying Park a huge wedge.

My one from last time is still mostly good...

Only thing that broke are the adjustables . . . now relegated to the bin.

That's a pretty minor gripe though, bought it mainly for the bike specific tools which are doing great 8)

Same here, got adjustables, sockets already. Halfords wanted £9 for a BB tool + more for crank puller. This was £20 quid !

How did I survive all these years without proper bike tools ??
This morning I have removed a BB & a set of cranks, taken a rear cassette off and tightened up BB on another bike.

I bought one of these 2 years ago and its perfect for the kind of use i give it. The only thing that has broke is the chain tool, the pin as come lose, but it still works, although i have reverted back to my 20 year old relaibale chain tool.

Excellent value for money for most retrobikers, unless you have endless pockets and want to buy all Park Tools, go and get one.

think its all week while they got stock. My local shop had loads yesterday so should be enough around.
