Had the tool kit for about a year, i use it all the time, the only thing that has broke is the little dinky flat screwdriver, if i use it on something tight, the handle just spins
IIRC you get some repair patches with the kit, they were crap.
The rest of it gets used at least once a week, really been happy with mine, ive added a couple of extra allen keys to it and i just throw it in the back of the car when i take the bike away with me.
I use the black jacket (the missus has the green one)
Its fine to help stop the wind, it packs down to almost nothing so easy to shed if the sun gets out, but the quality of ours has been a little crap, the hem came away from hers and the zip on mine can be a bit sketchy.
The other "weather proof" jackets they did a while back are a much better bet IMHO
