Leader slx worth saving?

I have a ( rusty) leader columbus SLX frame with 635 straight fork fitted with open4 rims on new success hubs and shimano 600 / record bits. The frame is looking tired with rust patches starting to show through. Is it worth stripping and respraying? Any ideas?

6 years later and it has been stripped down and sent off for renovation/ re spray. Here’s a before pic, afters to follow. Decided to go down the restomod route so new silver campag potenza groupset and Hunt aero sprint wheels on their way. Yes, the seat post is well and truly seized
