Late 90's LX kit - posting individually now - thread closed

Thanks Mark. I'm on a budget though as it's for a friend. The most I can stretch to is a tenner including postage. I've set aside £30 for the brakes, and I doubt I'm going to get front and rear V's for less than £20.

I've a full set of original V-brakes, levers and cantis. They are dirty but I found them the best I've used until I bought red DX v's. Essentially the same but red!!!!! If interested I'll send pix

Just dug them out and one of the little pins which goes in the hole on the canti bosses is missing. So basically it would be 2 levers and 3 V arms, 1 set for the front/back and half a set for the other end, unless you've got and old v/canti brake which could donate it's pin....
Any good? If this is, let me know. Pix will be up by 11pm to show them.

Ok so now I have a set of hubs, and a set of V brakes, does anyone have a chainset, rear mech, QR's, and NOS BB, cassette, chain?
