Kona sex too 1996, wheel and bomber forks bundle for swap

I have a sex too 1996 that needs a repair on the alloy rear swing stay, a set of rim brake wheels and yellow z4 bomber forks. I had intended to build this up but space and over builds are taking over. So this must go.

Would like to swap for a disc setup , i.e wheels and brake setup.
