I have a 1996 Kona Kilauea complete bike for sale. Size 20 inch, in excellent condition. I bought the frame, fork and other bits from an ebay seller who I believe is/was a member here. He was very helpful in getting parts for the build. The XT pedals and frame mounted lock are not included. I bought this bike as a fun build project and only used it to commute to lunch, that's it. It only saw dirt paths and streets while in my possession.
Some specs:
P2 fork, has a few scratches but otherwise very nice.
Kona Velocity stem, in great shape.
Easton EA70 bar.
Avid SD25 brakes.
Shimano XT 9 speed drivetrain. Currently setup as 1x, I believe I have the parts to convert back to a triple.
RaceFace Turbine square taper cranks, in excellent condition. Probably my favorite part of the build.
Some Shimano square taper BB.
Origin 8 seatpost, I might have the original also.
WTB Silverado saddle.
XT hubs with Ritchey Vantage Comp rims.
Forte Tsali 2.2in tires.
Delta skewers.
I'm not sure what these are going for these days so I will start with a $300 asking price. Please tell me if I'm out of line with that price or if you have a reasonable offer. The bike is in really nice condition for its age and I take care of my bikes.
I have more parts that will come with the bike, I will find them and post pics.
Buyer to pay shipping to contiguous US. I will use Bikeflights for shipping and have a local shop do the packing.

XT front shifter, bottom cover paint was stripped by previous owner.
XT front derailleur.
Shimano square taper BB that came with the bike.
Kona P2 fork brake cable mount for cantilevers.
Kona dog collar for cantilevers.
RaceFace chainring bolts and chainrings for 3x setup.
3 Kona Velocity stems of various lengths in OK condition. 2 steel and 1 aluminum. I can sell these separately if interested, just let me know and I'll post more/better pics.
