Kona Kilauea "Hard tail" ....with rigid forks

Yum. Swap the brakes and levers (yes I run DX V's on mine, but it looks alright on a white frame), chuck some rapidfire on, ditch the bar ends and that is a sweet machine.

why the 'ummm'?
I can't work out why someone would describe a bike with rigid forks as a 'hard tail'.

It's a bit like describing a detached property as 'semi-detached' because you only want to talk about the left hand side of the house.

ha, true...it's a bit redundant to advertise it as rigid and hartail...but you never know there might be a rear suspension bike out there with a rigid fork :P

Klein Mantra comes to mind. IIrc they actually tested one with a rigid fork to see if the rear suspension worked correctly although they never went on sale like that.
