black wall, and no they're out of stock of maximums though I do own a pair of nearly new maximum 2.2 foldables, they're in the photos of my rocky fat city flyer in the sell section bikes/frames/other large items posting. I put them on for a bike show and they've had essentially no usage other than a ride around the block (the rocky is too small for me).
