Definitely a 1" head tube?

It's 93 or later anyway

ignore the paint its had a very poor respray with very poor decals :cry:

Those drop out's were used up to and incl. '93 so definitly pre '94. Measurement's (TT, ST, HT) would help determine '93 or earlier as the sizing changed between '92 & '93

I'm pretty sure the rear rack mounts were brazed onto the seat stays prior to 93 too

Measure the span where the headset cups go in, if its inside diameter is 22.2mm it takes a 1" headset.

That looks like a 25.4 headtube to me, 1" and 1/8.

sorry chaps been really busy with 16hour days for the 17 days, but i have just taken some more pictures(that i will resize and add later) and tried an 1"and 1/8 headset and there is no way in hell it will ever fit this frame so its defo a 1" head tube :roll:

ok so couple more pics bb, drop outs(where you can just make out possibly the original colour), bottom of seat tube, head tube and the all important frame number

Should be another serial number I think running at 90 degrees to that one.
