I'm sorry I have such a sad reputation. But yes I agree it is a 1994 bike - the catalogue has the orange one like the bike Steve Jones has just bought/built, but I've seen several grey 94 Cinder Cones like this, so it must have been an option. This one lacks the white and orange Project 2 decals unfortunately, but I guess they've just been removed.
