Kona Cinder Cone 97

Hi all , pretty new to this place and wanted to ask a quick question ... i've had a Kona Hanhanna 94 , Explosif 2003 and now a 94 Kula which i am about to start restoring . However i've come across a Cinder Cone 97 frame which I'm interested in getting my hands on . Its been re-sprayed and hasn't had all of the decals replaced ,, something doesn't quite feel right about it however. Does anyone know the start of the serial number for this frame .
Really appreciate any help with this .

also its got kona stamped on the dropouts ,and you cant make it out in the pic but it has faint H on there as well ,
