i understand wot you mean but the frame realy is in need of a fresh coat and would think its a better selling point if someone purchased the frame and i had it coated to their choice before delivey. i like the kona to cant wait to get it powder coated :lol:

It's your bike and it's a free world, so I support your right to pour your money down the drain.

If you have the Caldera repainted, it will be worth less afterwards than it is now. You see it time and time again. Nobody ever justifies the cost of a respray in financial terms. If you want to keep the bike and it's been your life's ambition to have a neon green bike with pink spots, then fair enough - but if you then decided to sell it, it'd be worth 25p.
