Kona - advice needed

I need some advice from the Kona fans…
Does this look like a genuine Kilauea?
I’ve never owned a Kona and don’t want to make the mistake of buying a dud.

Could be a '92 Kilauea, which is the same frame as used on the '93 Cinder Cone/Lava Dome. Definitely one of those

The search continues, can anyone confirm if this a 97 Kilauea (no capped dropouts) and if so what tubeset it will be?
