De Rosa Rosso Corsa

I got this from the original owner, a sponsored racer from the 1950's, a '92 SLX with 8 speed C Record and Shamals in near mint condition. It's a little small for me, hence the longer Syncros post swapped in to replace the Campy aero unit. I have a set of correct Campy Record pedals, but need to get a set of dedicated shoes for the weird cleats. Ride report to follow.

Stunning bike, love the Shamals 👍

A handsome De Rosa indeed with gorgeous Campag, the 8 speed parts look so good especially the curved ergo levers. Whenever I see a set up like this I am reminded as to how technology and beauty can be combined. How does the bike ride?

SITREP: rides extremely nicely for being too small, similar to my '92 De Bernardi SLX, no surpise there. I was worried that the Shamals would be bone jarring on the crappy roads around here, but not the case, and the bike was very stable descending but also quick turning.

Saddle to stem drop looks maneagable, with time to adjust your back. i have a cannondale, i posted about with a lot of handlebar drop, for me. it's worth stretching my back for.

beautiful bike you have there
