Just to clarify they are a 25.4 quill to fit a 28.6 steerer and they may be a tiny bit off of 0 deg but no more than maybe 1 or 2 deg

Daddy don't need a brand new bag, but a nice 1" threaded headset or a Sachs top pull front mech 28.6 ideally, or a 7/8 silver funky monkey, or a pair of trick skewers

I've got a sachs top pull mech in the size you are after. Don't need the stem/bars though as I've one already.

I have a shiny New Success one in that size. Need to confirm after the weekend whether I still need it or not. I also have a bigger New Success on in 31.8 that you could easily shim. Thats with the black cover though.
