Klein serial numbers

I have an XS Attitude in black, was originally blue but resprayed by Klein in 94, according to paperwork. The serial number stamped on the rear drop out is AT2FC, it was purchased in July 1990 in London.

What info does the serial number tell me?, and how do the serial numbers breakdown on the forks too?

I don't think the eraly serial numbers tell you much more than the model ie Attitude.

Those early serials aren't real helpful. They changed in 91 or 92 to include the month/year of production.
